eLearning: For self-study or general familiarization courses, access is provided after full payment through the secure Wix platform.

5. Payments and Fees

Prices are listed in Euro (€) and may include applicable VAT.
Payments can be made via Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal, using secure SSL encryption.
Offline payments are processed via invoice for regulated training and corporate clients.
Fees are subject to change, and any updates will be clearly stated on the website.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Self-paced online courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no course materials have been accessed.
Instructor-led courses: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the start date.
No refunds after course materials are accessed or once practical sessions have started.
If Elite Aero Support cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered an alternative session or a full refund.

7. Certification and Regulatory Compliance

Elite Aero Support provides certifications in accordance with EASA Part-147 regulations.
Certificates of Recognition are issued only after successful completion of all theoretical and practical modules.

Students are responsible for maintaining compliance with their respective aviation authority (EASA, GACA, etc.) and for meeting any licensing prerequisites.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, videos, texts, logos, and visual content on this website are the intellectual property of Elite Aero Support Ltd. or its partners.
They are protected under European copyright law.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute training materials without permission.

Applicable European Union regulations (EASA, GDPR, PSD2).

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Nicosia, Cyprus.
In cases involving Saudi operations, parties may agree to arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
